Please be aware of our Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may encounter situations when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We kindly ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If the appointment is not cancelled within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to retain 25% of the booking amount paid.
