Neck & Plastysmal Band

Ageing and wrinkling around the neck make women look older than they actually are. Overtime, the loss of muscle tone, skin fat, incorrect posture, long hours in front of a computer and gravitation lead to the appearance of the so-called ‘Turkey Neck’, Platysmal Bands and Horizontal Neck Bands. To reduce the visibility of the lines and bands, anti-wrinkle injections and skin boosting dermal fillers can be offered. The treatments will help improve skin elasticity and texture as well as provide more intense hydration.

Thin Lips

Corner of the Mouth (Marionette) Lines

Marionette lines are long vertical wrinkles that go across from the corners of the lips to the chin. The name is derived from Marionette puppets that have faces with long vertical creases. These creases could give a grim or sad look to the face. We get Marionette lines as we age, or due to smoking and genetics. Injectable fillers can assist in smoothing these lines.

Sunken Cheekbone Areas

Over time the face loses fat, causing the cheeks to become flat and saggy, therefore creating a sunken-in look. To contour the face and to achieve the look of sculpted cheeks injectable fillers can be used. This treatment focuses on restoring plumpness, volume and definition.

Nasolabial Lines

The Nasolabial Fold is the deep line running from either side of the nose down towards the corners of the mouth. This line becomes more noticeable as we age. Loss of fat from the cheeks makes this fold appear deeper. Repeated smiling may result in permanent, deep creases around this area. Injectable fillers are successfully used to reduce the appearance of Nasolabial Lines.

Natural ageing of the hands is characterized by loss of dermal elasticity and atrophy of the subcutaneous tissue which results in veins, tendons and bony structures become apparent. Among the available procedures, the ageing of the hands is best improved by restoring the volume of soft tissue, utilising the use of injectable fillers and skin boosters injections.

Smoker’s (Perioral) Lines

Vertical above upper lip or below the lips, are the result of many years of smoking for some people, and sun damage and natural ageing for others. They can be present at rest or present on contraction. To treat those lines both anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers can be used.
